not in my kitchen

There are a few holiday cookies that I simply cannot handle: those jelly thumbprints. russian tea cakes. and even hard, flaky sugar cookies.

How about you? what is your least favorite Christmas cookie?

ARe you nuts? I LOVE the russian tea cakes or mexican wedding cakes or whatever you call them. They're one of my favs!

I think I don't really prefer the peanut butter blossoms.

Briana, are YOU nuts?! I thought the chocolate peanut butter combo would surely be something you'd like. Not a pb fan?

What are these russian tea cake things everyone is talking about? Gonna' google it.

Oh, my two FAVORITES are strawberry thumbrints. (When I roll them in crushed pecans first, I call them POlish tea cookies). The Russian tea cakes I've always called crescent cookies (depeding on shape...but same ingreds--pecans, not walnuts but same otherwise). But not mint jelly--tried it and the family called them toothpaste cookies. Bleck.

I must be the only person on the planet who LIKES fruitcake. Call me weird. I LOVE the pb blossoms, too, Krista.

Only cookie I can't stand? Ones that have dog hair in them. Not a fan of fur.

Krista, It is an odd thing for me not to prefer the pb blossoms given I love peanut butter and chocolate and most of the time, that combo. But, I don't know what it is...I just don't prefer the blossoms and can pass up a plain pnut butter cookie rather easily. I like to keep everyone guessing, ya know.
